The authentic meaning of Christmas

The more mystical and authentic meaning of Christmas is to remember that you are the author of your life, through one of the greatest existing metaphors, birth. New thought philosophers – including Neville Goddard- explain that Jesus’ birth symbolizes the “I am” principle, the intrinsic ability that each human has to co-create. You are here to create, although sometimes, more than a creator, you can feel a victim of circumstances. This is indeed the greatest challenge for all of us, especially in the darkest moments where it’s easier to get carried away by hopelessness or laziness and “follow” instead of “create”.For this reason, we celebrate the darkest moment of the year with the light, because we know that inevitably after the night – however long it may be- light will always follow.

This is our biggest wish to you for the holidays and the new year. It is also a special time astronomically: it is not by chance the 25th of December, nor its proximity to the Solstice. This year among other things, the Solstice coincides with the full moon: a real energy portal to live to the fullest with new intentions, meditations, and celebrations.

Personally, I love this time of the year for its special energy and potential. I don’t love obliged presents, but I do love the symbolic exchange of simple gifts which represents the essence of Christmas: the promise of the coming light. What I love about this period is going inside of me and in the skies of the infinite possibilities – thanks to the particular constellation of the days leading up to Christmas – especially from Solstice till the beginning of the year.

It is a time for reflection, letting go, appreciating who I am and what I have realized, writing new intents and, most of all, meditating in front of the fire (when I am not in the southern hemisphere, where I swim in the ocean because it’s summer Solstice). I love feeling the fire inside of me and feel where it leads me, the insights that give to me to follow in the new year …
I have already received a fantastic Christmas present from my sister Stefania, who after watching the movie “Bohemian Rhapsody”, told me that I absolutely had to watch it too. She invited me to go (I said that I’d take it as her Christmas present). That day, December 8th (special number for me and Lorenzo), there was a magical synchronicity of events and my father who never goes to the cinema, came with us. We met at the beautiful art nouveau Theatre Odeon in Florence and as is often the case when I immerse myself in biographies, I came out very inspired.
Bohemian Rhapsody is the movie that tells the story of the Queen band and especially of Freddy Mercury. It’s the story of someone so in touch with his truth, which already acted like a star when it wasn’t yet! A person who has lived his life with such intensity and passion, to enchant with its explosive charge and its delicacy at the same time.Queen’s songs have made the setting for a summer spent in Corsica as a teenager with my family in the early 90s. I remember that “Radio Gaga”, “The Miracle”, “Under pressure”, the same “Bohemian Rhapsody” and many others, were always with us. What particularly excites me is “The show must go on” which I regard as a masterpiece in describing the transition – from a human point of view – from the physical to the nonphysical.
Thank you Stefania for the beautiful Christmas gift that you gave me: you know that for me inspiration is the most precious gift …
Your gift has rekindled the sacred fire within me, the desire to live and be even more in touch with my creativity and innovative spirit!

How to deal with the feeling of invisibility

Feelings of invisibility are something that we all have experienced at some level.

I’d say at least once in life (but probably many more) we have not felt seen or listened to, neither acknowledged nor important. I have been there several times myself. So, I know how it feels too, and from working with other people, I have realized that it happens when we focus on the lack.

What does this mean?

It means that you depend on someone else’s approval to feel interesting or alive. It also means that you have forgotten that the most important person for you in the world is YOU.

When you realize that and start redirecting your focus on WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and HOW it makes you FEEL, you immediately lose your invisibility. You become alive and fully connected to your inner-self and inspiration. That’s the key to being in contact with your full Power, and to not give it away by looking at other people’s reactions to what you do.

When you compare yourself to others, you’re focused on the lack of your desires, while taking score of where you are and where others are.

We are humans and it can happen, but remember that each and every one of us has our own path and goes at our own pace. There’s no right or wrong, just different life experiences.

You’re focused on the presence of your desires when you feel empowered and acknowledge the path you have traveled to be the person you are today. Focus your energy on yourself, and from that space, you can be of inspiration to others.

There is an innovative approach to get out of the lack mindset and gradually let go of negative emotions so you can discover your hidden treasure. Discover it here in the video:

How to recognize your path

The emotions that you feel are a guide from your Soul or Inner Being and it takes practice to listen to them, trusting this precious inner compass which is always available to assist you in making any decision, from the big ones to the daily ones.
We’re here to help you choose your path by trusting what you really feel, because it is the most direct way to be in touch with your Soul or Inner Being. In other words, to live fully aligned to who you are, which leads to a realized life.

Much love,
Elena and Lorenzo

The magical wand to manifest your dreams

I adore to put on some inspiring music to do my creative imaginations, the magical wand always available. It helps me raise my vibrations and better envision my dreams and life purpose. I usually imagine my best version -the details change depending on what I’m currently living-  as it gives me the highest joy.

I feel and see my desires already realized and I enjoy the fulfillment of the manifestation.

Don’t get trapped in the “how it will manifest” mentality, otherwise your energy drops down. Go straight to the magical scenario you want to see in your life and feel One with the Energy that Creates Worlds. You’re here to mold energy to give shape to your desires, which represent your Soul’s purpose.

(However, your desires do not have to be always big dreams: you could desire to feel peaceful during your day).

One day I looked at my past recognizing all the times I felt I could not realized something that I really wanted.

Things that felt hard or even impossible sometimes to achieve, like my psychology degree, a dream relationship, my books, finding my life path and so on …

I appreciated these moments where everything became available and POSSIBLE to me, despite my doubts, fears and frustrations. When I dived into these episodes of victory I gathered an incredible energy and I felt INVINCIBLE.

They reminded me that everything is possible, if we give it enough time, love and trust.

This process makes my present very peaceful and resourceful: I feel that everything I need is here and what I want is in the process of unfolding, because I know that I have already invited it with my appreciation and positive attention to it.

You can apply this process of recalling what you already have achieved that seemed almost impossible, when you start your creative imagination, to charge yourself with a ton of positive and exciting energy. Moreover, you get strength coming from your past and inspiration coming from your future. So you’ll get a very powerful and centered NOW.

What I call “failure” is not allowing enough time or resources to a desire to unfold. That’s really a pity as it will never see the light. But if you persevere with your appreciation for what you love -your desires- they’ll find a way to manifest. Usually when you less expect them because not giving them too much attention (it’s easier to offer negative attention to something, than positive attention) you soften your resistance towards them.

Many people believe that failure is not succeeding while or after doing something: this is a very common belief,  but is not really the truth …

Think about how many times Thomas Edison failed at inventing the light bulb … But did he really fail? The 1000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb were necessary to get to it. The journey is absolutely necessary to get to any destination.

When a reporter asked him “How did it feel to fail 1000 times?” Edison replied, “I did not fail 1000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1000 steps”.

So, what really failure is? Failure is not even attempting what you’re called to do, not even starting it.

I have designed “Shine your Light” guided meditation to help you unleash all your creative power to manifest your dreams, enjoy it:

Follow what attracts you

Following what attracts you is the quickest and funniest way to realize yourself and your dreams.

How do you want to live the journey towards your desires? In other words, the meaning of life which is expressed in every moment you breathe? The paths are endless, because there are infinite possibilities to express and realize yourself, just choose how you want to live and which colors, movements and sounds you want to dress every day.

If you follow your Inner Being, you’ll aways be in the perfect place, where there is something for you to discover, nurture, reveal, embrace … And the easiest way to follow your Inspiration or Inner Being, is to listen to what you  are attracted to.

If we limit the space we dedicate to these “inner calls”, because we consider them unimportant or details in comparison to what we really want, maybe we lose the sense of the journey and, without realizing it, we move away from the biggest dreams.

Before getting to the great dreams, we have the possibility to be nurtured by the small dreams; those that are more handy, affordable and could make a big difference in our lives in terms of pleasure, satisfaction and beauty.

We might not immediately find the logical thread between what attracts us now and our dreams, but we will understand it later. The important thing is to follow something that you feel inside, even if you do not know how to explain it, but you feel it gives us joy, a sense of peace and well-being. The important thing is to have the sensitivity and the courage to follow that sign.

Thus do not discard what gives you a sense of well-being now, because often the so-called-small-dreams prepare the way to bigger dreams. The only time when we can co-create our reality, is now, the present moment.

If you allow yourself to feel appreciation for the small pieces that begin to compose your puzzle, you activate an incredible power inside you, which molds the Energy that Creates Worlds, the creative power that resides everywhere in the Universe.

Steve Jobs started a calligraphy class without knowing why. Although he did not know the bigger picture, he attended the calligraphy course because he was attracted by it, not because he believed that he would need it in order to create one of the largest tech companies in the world. This allowed him to have fun during the journey that then led him to his bigger dream. He went for a small dream, the calligraphy lessons, without  depriving himself of something he liked.

The greater joy you feel when you do something, the greater success will follow.

It is not pointless to dedicate yourself to what attracts you: it is the most direct path to happiness and success, either if you want to set up an international business or to better care for your children.
